How to Root Out Organizational Saboteurs Before They Destroy Your Movement

Rooting out organizational saboteurs is one of the most critical skills any liberation-focused organization must master. Our movements have been infiltrated, destabilized, and dismantled from within — repeatedly. Furthermore, this is not ancient history. It is happening right now. Abibitumi brings you Part 2 of a powerful seminar designed to equip our people with the tools to stop it.

This exclusive recording features Siphiwe Baleta, Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Interim Provisional Government of the Republic of New Afrika and Founder/President of the Balanta B’urassa History & Genealogy Society in America (BBHAGSIA). He draws directly from hard-won, real-world experience. As a result, this is not theory — it is battle-tested knowledge forged inside an actual Afrikan organization under threat. His presentation delivers exactly what we need to protect what we build.

Build a Security System That Roots Out Organizational Saboteurs from the Inside Out

In this seminar, Baleta lays out three concrete objectives for every participant. First, he provides deeper, more precise clues for detecting infiltrators inside your organization. Second, he walks through specific, effective vetting procedural steps you can implement immediately. Most importantly, he equips participants to establish a dedicated Special Unit focused on internal security. In addition, this unit uses intelligence gathered from both detection and vetting work. Together, these three pillars create a living defense system — not a passive policy document gathering dust.

Abibifahodie demands that we protect our organizations with the same seriousness that we pour into building them. Kwame Nkrumah warned us. Amilcar Cabral warned us. Now Siphiwe Baleta gives us actionable steps to honor those warnings. Moreover, Ɔbenfo Ọbádélé Bakari Kambon built Abibitumi as a platform where Afrikan people access exactly this kind of transformative, liberation-centered knowledge. This seminar belongs in the curriculum of every Pan-Afrikan organization, study group, and community council on earth. Watch it. Study it. Apply it.
