Vendor Responsibilities:

- Ensure products/services comply with all applicable local and international laws.
- Fulfill orders promptly and provide accurate tracking (if applicable).
- Handle customer service and returns according to the policies outlined on your store page.
- Pay any fees or commissions as agreed upon during vendor registration.
Prohibited Products:
- Illegal, counterfeit, or dangerous goods.
- Items violating copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
- Content that promotes hate speech, colonialism, racism, or cultural appropriation.
4. Buyer Terms
Buyers must:
- Ensure their shipping and contact information is accurate.
- Use payment methods in a legal and authorized manner.
- Communicate respectfully with vendors and Abibitumi staff.
- Understand that each vendor may have different shipping, refund, and return policies.
Disputes:
If you have an issue with a vendor, please contact them first. If unresolved, you may open a dispute through the platform within 14 days of purchase. Abibitumi will mediate in good faith but does not guarantee outcomes.
5. Payments and Fees
- All transactions are processed through approved third-party payment gateways.
- Abibitumi may charge service, commission, or listing fees, which will be disclosed to vendors.
- Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes in their country of residence.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
- Vendors retain rights to their original content but grant Abibitumi a license to display it for promotional and operational purposes.
- Users agree not to copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without permission.
- All branding, logos, and proprietary code on the site are the property of Abibitumi and may not be used without consent.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Abibitumi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates:

- Abibitumi community standards
- Local or international laws
No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended due to violations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Abibitumi Marketplace acts only as a facilitator between buyers and vendors. We are not liable for:
- Vendor misrepresentations or failure to fulfill orders.
- Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments.
- Disputes between users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abibitumi disclaims any liability for damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
